1. Booking & Retainer
   A non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total event cost is required to secure the event date. Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.                                                                                                                        

2. Final Payment
   The remaining balance is due on or before the event date prior to setup. Services will not be provided until payment has been received in full.                 

3. Setup & Delivery
   Client agrees to provide access to the event location at the agreed-upon setup time. Delays in access may impact setup completion.                                            

4. Outdoor Events
   Outdoor balloon décor is subject to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight. Divinely Favored Creations LLC is not responsible for damage caused by weather or environmental conditions after installation.                                                                                                                   

5. Rental Equipment
   Any rental equipment provided, including backdrop stands, poles, bases, stanchions, ropes, and other reusable items, remains the property of Divinely Favored Creations LLC. The client agrees to return all rental equipment within the agreed-upon timeframe. Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may result in replacement fees.                                                                                         

6. Cancellations
   Retainers are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, payments made may not be refundable due to materials purchased and labor already incurred.                                                                                         

7. Photography
   Divinely Favored Creations LLC reserves the right to photograph completed work for marketing, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.
